Crowds joined us for Family Funfest 2017

The team at Lea Green Centre successfully organised sunshine for ‘Family Funfest’ on Sunday 16th July, an event which saw over 300 visitors through the gates to take part in a variety of outdoor activities. Visitors who had made a saving by pre-booking arrived bright and early for the opening at 10am and wristbands were used for an authentic festival feel. YesFest! Accessible music festival

On Sunday 14th May Lea Green Centre hosted YesFest! an accessible and inclusive outdoor music festival. The festival was run in partnership with Donut Creative Arts Studio (DCAS), Fairplay and The Big Music Project and provided a full day of entertainment for groups and families. Quality Badge for Lea Green

Lea Green has been awarded the Quality Badge by the Council for Learning Outside the Classroom, demonstrating that the centre offers good quality educational experiences and manages risk effectively. The award of the badge recognises the experienced staff and excellent facilities at the centre and the commitment it has to sustain high quality learning.
