The team are available from Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm and we can accommodate a visit to the centre outside of these hours.

Do you have a licence for civil ceremonies?

Yes, couples can get married in the lounge, dining room or conference room.

What is the capacity for a civil ceremony and a reception?

We recommend up to 70 in the dining room or lounge for a ceremony and up to 40 in the conference room for a more intimate ceremony. There are a variety of spaces available for receptions and we can be flexible in how rooms are setup to meet your requirements.

What is included in the total price?

The price includes access to all ground floor rooms – lounge, dining room and conference room. This is subject to centre availability, day of week and time of year. Please contact us if you are interested in our late availability.

Will other events be taking place onsite?

Due to the nature of the centre there may be activities taking place on-site, we would let you know this well in advance.

Is there an area for the bride and her bridesmaids to wait before the ceremony?

Yes, the flat lounge, bedrooms or Meadow Lodge accommodation.

Can a marquee go on-site?

Yes, on the lawn adjacent to the dining room. This would need to be provided by you, we are able to recommend suppliers. We can accommodate a marquee that is 40 x 12 metres in size.

Do you provide in-house catering?

Yes, we can provide catering for both a wedding breakfast and an evening option.

We cater for all dietary requirements so rest assured if you have guests who have gluten free or dairy free diets.

Please let us know if you would like to sample the food we produce when arranging a venue viewing.

We can provide tables, chairs, linens, plates, limited glassware and cutlery. Chair covers and decorations are not provided and need to be supplied if you would like these.

Do you have a licence to consume alcohol?

Lea Green is not licensed to provide alcohol but you are welcome to bring your own alcohol or arrange a supplier who is responsible for the purchase of an alcohol licence.

Can we use our own suppliers?

Yes, there is an additional charge for the use of our catering kitchen and dining facilities.

What time are you licensed to host a reception until?

Outside music is permitted until 11pm. If you apply for an entertainment licence music can be extended past this time.

Is there ample parking?

We have 70 hard standing spaces (including accessible spaces) plus field parking.

Cars can be left overnight and collected the next day. 

Can we book our own entertainment such as band and/or DJ?

Yes, couples can arrange their own entertainment however please be aware all suppliers need relevant safety and insurance certificates.

Do you have a public address system available for speeches?

Yes, we have a small in-house entertainment system with a PA.

Can we have fireworks or lanterns?

Yes, however demonstrations need to be carried out by a licensed and authorised provider, we do not allow Chinese lanterns on-site for safety reasons.

Can we have confetti?

You are welcome to use biodegradable confetti.

Can we decorate an area ourselves?

Yes, please speak with us about when you would like to arrive and we can let you know when the decorations will need to be taken down.

Do you provide overnight accommodation?

Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Is the venue dog friendly?

We welcome assistance dogs on-site.

Is the venue accessible?

There are accessible parking spaces, pathways and all the rooms available for a ceremony are on the ground floor. We also have accessible accommodation on-site called Meadow Lodge.
