House hires, day visits, residentials and weddings – Cancellation Policy
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure you booking. The remaining invoice should be paid no later than 8 weeks before your arrival date.
We understand that at the time of your booking, you may not know the final numbers of people you will be bringing; however Lea Green Centre should be notified with the final number of people in the group no less than 8 weeks prior to the start of the visit. Last minute additions to the booking may be possible after this point and any increase in numbers will be invoiced with a final invoice after the visit. If any damages occur during your stay, the cost of repair/replacement will be added to this final invoice.

Soft Play, Adventure Parties, First Aid Courses and Activity Events – Cancellation Policy
Payment and Cancellations
Full payment for soft play parties, adventure parties, first aid courses and activity events are required two weeks before the date of your visit. Once this payment deadline has passed, all payments are non-refundable. We are unable to provide refunds for cancellations or changes made within two weeks of your booking date.

Extenuating Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances can sometimes result in a booking needing to be cancelled or changed at short notice. In these circumstances, please contact Lea Green as soon as possible.
Where possible, we will endeavour to offer an alternative date for your booking. However, this cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to existing bookings, staff availability and the availability of suitable facilities and activities.
Cancellations by Lea Green
In circumstances beyond our reasonable control, it may be necessary for Lea Green to cancel or rearrange your booking. If Lea Green cancels your booking, we will offer you the option to transfer your booking to an alternative available date or receive a refund of any monies paid.
