About The Flat
Connected to the Main House, the flat provides convenient ground floor accommodation for up to 15 guests across 4 bedrooms.

Accommodation includes a variety of dormitory style bedrooms with shared bathroom facilities, as well as a separate bedroom for a group leaders.

The Flat also has its own communal lounge, providing a comfortable space for groups to relax together, with facilities for making hot drinks.

For guests with additional access needs, The Flat includes an accessible bathroom and toilet facilities, as well as a changing table.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside any of our buildings. If your group requires a designated outdoor smoking area, please let us know before your arrival. Drug use is strictly prohibited.

Outdoor Space
Guests can enjoy access to our 25 acres of grounds, with plenty of space to explore and enjoy including our play park. Outdoor activities, the soft play area and some additional spaces are available at an additional charge and must be pre booked in advance.

The Flat is at Lea Green Centre, in the beautiful Derbyshire village of Lea. The Jug and Glass pub is just a short walk away, and there are plenty of countryside walks right on the doorstep.
