If you want to make a booking for a date within the next seven days, please call us on 01629 534561 to check availability before completing an online booking form for an Adventure Party here
You can still download a booking form below, fill this in and email back to leagreen.admin@derbyshire.gov.uk to secure your booking if you prefer this to an online form. Consent forms for all children need to be emailed back to us as well or these can be handed in at the Centre on the day of the party.
