We understand that when you book your visit to Lea Green, you might not have the precise number of participants confirmed. A deposit for your visit is requires 12 weeks prior to your course. Any modifications to your contracted group size should be communicated by this deadline via letter or email. After this period, any cancellations or reductions in numbers will incur the following percentages of the total charge, which will be reflected in the final invoice. If an entire course is cancelled any initial deposit will be forfeited (unless an alternative booking is made).

Private Hire Cancellation
We have a minimum charge of £2,560 for a sole use house hire, for 2 nights. Under 5-year-olds stay free.  80% of the final invoice is required before 12 weeks prior to your visit. A non-refundable initial deposit may be required to secure your booking.
If a cancellation is made within 12 weeks of the start of your house hire, 100% of your initial payment will be taken, unless a mutual agreement can be made for an alternate date.
